I am 57 can I prepay on a “medigap” policy now with no benifits till I turn 65?

I am 57. when I turn medicare eligible I want the best coverage I can get but know the cost can be high; so I want to start prepaying now to lessen the cost latter. is there a company out there that will allow me to do this? this is similar to a life insurance police that will not pay off if you die less than 2 years after you buy it.
