The main CPT code used in our office for Medicare is 98941 AT-GA. It gets paid by Medicare but the secondary insurances are denying the same claims. We do not bill secondary so this is happening in the cases where automatic crossover or Medigap is set up. Any suggestions or knowledge on this issue?
